Wordline Reports Portal
If you transact in Euros, your transaction funds are settled by our acquiring partner Worldline. You should have access to their reports portal, where you can view settlements and associated fees. The portal is available by clicking here.
Worldline processes and settles all transactions to your nominated bank account and provides access to an online portal where you can view transactions, pay outs, chargebacks, and adjustments.
During onboarding, you will have received an email from Worldline (no-reply@bambora.com) with instructions on how to set up your account. If you have not received your login credentials, contact Worldline directly by telephone on +46 1010 66000 or by emailing acquiringsupport@worldline.com. You will need to provide your business name and your 8-digit Worldline merchant ID.
