[intro]The Performance page summarises the traffic on your Google Business Profile within Google Maps and in search engine results. [/intro]

1. From the dashboard, click Local, and then click Performance from the drop-down menu:

2. Here you can see a summary of the traffic on your Google Business Profile. If you click the Compare Dates button in the top right-hand corner, you’ll see a second calendar drop-down appear. You can use these two calendar fields, set dates and click Apply to see data within a specific period:

3. Further down, you’ll see a summary of your traffic:

  • Search Views – How many times your Google Business Profile has appeared in search results.
  • Map Views – How many times your Google Business Profile has been viewed on Google Maps.
  • Website Visits – How many users clicked your website link from your Google Profile. 
  • Phone Calls – How many users clicked your phone number and made a telephone call. 

4. You can see a breakdown of your Views Performance below. Click the tabs to see either the Map Views or the Search Views. On the right-hand side, you’ll see Keyword Search Impressions – what users put into their search bar to see your Google Business Profile:

5. At the bottom of the page, you’ll see your Actions Performance data. Actions achieved when users visit your Google Business Profile and click your EKM online shop URL, click your telephone number or use your location to create a list of directions on Google Maps:
