The AI Business Profile summarises key details about your business - what you do, who you help, and how you describe your product range. Seb AI uses this to improve recommendations and copy. Your profile is created from the information you provide in Seb AI and other data you add or connect. You can refine it at any time.
1. From the dashboard, click Seb AI and then click AI Business Profile on the drop-down menu:

3. Read through the profile and if you wish to make any amendments, click Give Feedback in the bottom right-hand corner:

10. You then need to highlight specifically what you’d like to change in your AI Business Profile, to see a comment modal appear. Add your request to the field provided and then click the Comment button:
11. Alternatively, you can add feedback on the AI Business Profile into the lower field:
12. When you have finished editing, click Confirm Feedback in the bottom right-hand corner:
