The Tone of Voice content is initially generated by the text content of your EKM online shop, but this can be amended to include specific tones, sentence structures and word choices to ensure that it truly represents the ethos of your brand. 

Seb AI will then use the Tone of Voice when creating content for you, including blog posts, suggested changes to existing text on your EKM online shop and posts for your Google Business Profile. 

1. From the dashboard, click Seb AI and then select Tone of Voice from the drop-down menu:

2. You’ll then see this page, full of copy that Seb AI has generated, based on the content of your EKM online shop:

3. Have a read through, and double-check that Seb’s summary of your brand and ethos is correct. The chances are that it will all be fine, but if you do wish to amend anything, scroll down and click the Give Feedback button in the bottom right-hand corner:

10. When you have finished making changes, click Confirm Feedback in the bottom right-hand corner:
