Anansi is an automated shipping insurance service designed to protect your goods, bottom line and customer experience. It’s the only last-mile digital insurance product that uses parametric triggers to automate claims for lost and delayed goods-in-transit. The insurance covers shipments against loss, damage and delay sent with all the major couriers, yet removes them from the claims process entirely! With Anansi, claim issues, stress, and long phone calls are a thing of the past. Claims are agreed within 72 hours and when shipments get lost or damaged, reimbursement is up to the full retail value of the item(s), not cost price, as well as the shipping costs for lost items.
1. From the Dashboard, click Features:
2. Click the Features Library tab:
3. Scroll down to the Courier features and click the Anansi icon:
4. Click View Website in the bottom right-hand corner:
5. Then you need to click the blue Sign In button:
6. You’ll then be redirected to this page, where you need to click Allow:
On the next page, you can set up your policy with Anasi by following the steps onscreen.
