What is Feedback Thursdays?
Every Thursday, our UX/UI Team will collect feedback from various sources; through video calls, meetings, phone calls and posts in EKM Community. They will use the data to help shape future upgrades, new features and functionality on the EKM online shop platform.
Who are the UX/UI Team?
The UX/UI (User eXperience, User Interface) Team are responsible for how the EKM online shop platform is displayed. This includes the locations of different pages and the different elements on them, such as buttons, menus and drop-downs. This is a very simplified explanation of their role. Still, essentially their goal is to make your experience interacting with the EKM online shop platform as seamless as possible with functionality that matches your expectations.
Why do you need feedback?
Feedback data is invaluable to the UX/UI Team! They require feedback from real people so they can see how it is used by different demographics and different levels of experience. This helps them develop the platform by making it as easy to use as possible, with all the relevant functionality in ‘just the right place’. You don’t have to be a technological wizard to give feedback - your honest answers are all that’s needed.
How do I give my feedback?
Using this form, you can book an appointment with the UX/UI Team at a convenient time. They can respond either as video or voice calls, and will simply ask for your honest experience using a particular feature, page or specific functionality on the EKM online shop platform.
What happens to all the feedback when it is gathered?
Depending on the project, we may present you with an issue or situation, or maybe a design, or perhaps a prototype of sorts. When we have gathered your feedback, this data is then used to help formulate future projects. When we know how you perceive different areas of the platform, different issues that occur regularly for you, or any sticking points you may encounter, we can incorporate this information into our future projects.
