1. Click the appropriate order from the list within the Orders Section:
2. In the Customer Details section, click the customer’s name:
3. This will redirect you to the customer’s account on your EKM online shop. Click the Edit button in the top right-hand corner:
4. You will now have access to edit the Loyalty Points field. When you have amended the balance, click the green Save button in the top right-hand corner:

This means the customer still needs to open an account on your EKM online shop, so you cannot add any Loyalty Points to their account now. Click the Register Customer button to trigger an email to the customer, urging them to create a password to use with their email address. When they have completed this process, return to their details, and you can update their Loyalty Points balance as usual. [/remember]
