Locating the Feature

1. From the Dashboard, click Features on the left-hand menu:

2. Click Feature Library:

3. Scroll down to the Sales Channels features and click the View More button on the right-hand side:

4. Click the Linnworks icon:

5. Now you need to click the green View Website button in the bottom right-hand corner:

You will then be able to contact Linnworks who will be able to help you set up the integration with your EKM online shop.

Our opening hours are 9 am - 5.30 pm Monday to Friday, for telephone calls, live chats, and emails.
