On the EKM online shop platform, our main tier is called Evolve:
However, we offered various tiers if you were an EKM customer before October 2024. These are now referred to as legacy tiers and consist of the following:
- Lite
- Basic
- Standard
- Advanced
- Pro
1. You can see what tier your EKM online shop is on from the Dashboard by clicking on the circle in the top right-hand corner:
2. This will reveal a modal where you will see your current tier displayed:
Click here to upgrade your EKM online shop to the Evolve tier. Alternatively, this guide will be helpful if you are close to the upper limit of your legacy tier.
