[intro]Before you begin this Guide, you must first set up your Products on Printify by following the steps in this Guide. [/intro]

When you have set up a range of your Products on Printify, the next step is to link your Printify account to your EKM online shop to transfer the Products over. To do this, you'll need to connect your EKM online shop to your Printify account using the integration, and then click to use the API within your Printify account. 

1. On a separate browser tab, you need to log into your EKM online shop as normal. Open a second browser tab, and click this link, which will display this page. Click the green button to continue:

2. Now you need to click Allow on the bottom right-hand side:

3. On this page, you need to add your email address and name into the fields before clicking the green button:

4. This page is the dashboard of the app which links together with your EKM online shop and your Printify account. Log into your Printify account in a separate browser tab, and then click the green button to connect your Printify account:

5. Click Allow:

6. Scroll further down this page and click the first blue Edit button:

7. You’ll notice that the app has imported all of the Order Statuses from your EKM online shop onto the integration. The next thing you need to do is sync these with your Printify store. To do this, you need to click the switch on the far right-hand side to enable Processing, before clicking the green Save button at the bottom of the page:

8. This will redirect you to the integration page again. Scroll down and click the second Edit button:

9. For this page, you need to enable the switches on the right-hand side and select the relevant options from the drop-down menus as shown in the image below. Then, you need to click the green Save button at the bottom of the page:

10. Again you’ll be redirected back to the integration dashboard, so scroll down and click the third Edit button down on the right-hand side:

11. On this page, you need to select which Category on your EKM online shop you would like to import your Printify products into. Tick the box next to the Category and click the green Save button:

12. Again you’ll be redirected to the integration dashboard. Scroll down and click the edit button:

13. On this page, you need to amend the value for default stock to 20 and then click the green Save button:

14. Again you’ll be redirected to the integration dashboard. Scroll down and click the final edit button:

15. On this page, you can set the currency rate. We recommend you set this as Default Rate, before clicking the green Save button:

Connecting the API

16. Your final step within your Printify account is to click the Not Connected text on the top left-hand side of the page:

17. Click Create next to API:

18. You now need to click the green Publish button for each of the Products you’ve created:

[remember]If you have created Products with lots of Variants, these can take several minutes to Publish. Please be patient and wait for the Printify platform to update them. [/remember]

19. You can check which Products have been imported by returning to the browser tab displaying the integration, scrolling to the button of the page and clicking View Synced Products:

20. This will reveal a list of Printify Products that have been imported into your EKM online shop. When you see your Products listed here, you will also be able to see them within the Inventory Manager on your EKM online shop. Your next step is to set up your Delivery Methods for your Printify Products:

[caution]If any of the products listed on the page above have 0 listed in the EKM Product ID column, this means the product has not yet been imported into your EKM online shop. You'll need to wait a little longer for these products to import. It can take a while for products with lots of variants - such as colours and sizes - to import. [/caution]
