[intro]In this Guide, you learn how to export a list of your image file names to a spreadsheet. Before you begin this Guide, you need to ensure that you have installed the Import/Export System feature onto your EKM online shop, as you will need this to export data. [/intro]

[caution]If you want to download a copy of all of the images on your EKM online shop (and not just the image file names), this is a separate and chargeable service. Please contact the Customer Support Team who will be able to organise an Image Download for you. [/caution]

1. From the Dashboard, Features on the left-hand menu:

2. On the Features page, you need to click the Import/Export System icon:

3. Click Export Data:

4. Click Export Uploaded Image List:

5. If you have more than 1000 images to download, select a CSV file. If you have more products than this, select an XLXS file:

6. When the file has been downloaded, you’ll see this notification. Click the link to download your spreadsheet:

7. You’ll then have a spreadsheet will look like this, where you can see all of your image file names listed:
