Locating the Features page
1. From the Dashboard, click the Features tab:
2. This will take you to the Features page, which will look something like this:
Installing Features
1. To install a Feature, you simply need to click the Feature Library tab:
2. You can then look at all the available features and decide what you want to install. All of the features have been arranged into groups, and you can click View More on the far right-hand side to see all of the features within a particular group:
3. When you see a feature you’d like to install, click its icon:
4. You then need to click Install Feature in the bottom right-hand corner:
This will install the feature on your EKM online shop.
[remember]Some features will have settings and configurations that you’ll see when the feature is installed, whilst others represent functionality you’ll find in other parts of the platform, such as within the Add/Edit Product Window. To find out how to configure each feature, follow the relevant support guide listed below.[/remember]
Pinning Features
1. You’ll use some features more than others, such as Inventory Manager and Customer Reviews. With this in mind, you can pin up to five features on your Features page for easy access. To do this, open your favourite feature, and next to the name in the top left-hand corner, click the pin icon:
2. When you return to the Features page, you’ll see your pinned choice on the left-hand side menu:
3. Repeat this process for the rest of your favourite features:
4. To remove a feature from your pinned list, simply go into the feature and then click the pin icon again:
[remember]Your pinned features will display alphabetically from top to bottom. It’s a good idea to pin features that typically display toward the bottom of the page, saving you from having to scroll down. [/remember]

Uninstalling Features
To uninstall a Feature, you need to be on the Installed Features tab of the Features page before clicking the dustbin symbol next to the Feature you want to uninstall:
Note: Some features, such as Customer Login and Wish Lists, are linked to others. To remove Wish Lists, you will need to remove Customer Login first. If you try to uninstall a feature requiring another feature, you’ll see a notification reminding you to uninstall the primary feature first.
Premium Features
Premium Features are features that are part of the EKM online shop platform but require an additional fee. You will see these clearly highlighted:
EKM’s Customer Support Team can provide support and guidance using Premium Features.
[warning] The Premium Features, such as Email Marketing or Web Statistics - where you pay a regular fee to use them - will require contacting our Customer Support Team to cancel the account. Simply uninstalling the Feature will not cancel the account. [/warning]
Third-Party Features
Third-party features are chargeable features provided by other platforms that have created integrations with the EKM online shop platform. These features are also clearly highlighted:
EKM’s Customer Support Team can only provide limited support for these features; most queries must be directed to the relevant third-party platform.
