If you have not yet installed any Features on your EKM online shop, you can find a full list of Features in this Guide.

Locating the Features page

1. From the Dashboard, click the Features tab:

2. This will take you to the Features page, which when your shop is brand new, will look like this:

Installing Features

1. To install a Feature, you simply need to click the icon and then click the green Install Feature button:

2. Once the feature has been installed, it will launch automatically. You can return to the Features page by clicking the Features tab, where you’ll see it listed under ‘Installed Features’.

Uninstalling Features

To uninstall a Feature, you need to click the ‘Edit Installed Features’ text on the top right-hand side of the page, before clicking the red ‘X’ symbol next to the Feature you want to uninstall:

Note: If you still have some Features installed when you have removed one, you will need to click the green ‘Done’ button in the top right-hand corner to finish editing your Features.

[warning] Some of the chargeable Features, such as Email Marketing or Web Statistics will require you to contact our Customer Support Team to cancel the account for you. Simply uninstalling the Feature will not cancel the account. [/warning]

Third-Party Features

Towards the bottom of the Features page, you’ll see icons for third-party features. These are chargeable features provided by other platforms who have created integrations with EKM online shop. These features are completely optional of course. To use them, you need to click the icon and then click the green ‘Learn More’ button on the bottom right-hand side of the page. You’ll then need to enter your contact details so that the provider of the third party feature can contact you and talk you through integrating their platform with your EKM online shop:

Please bear in mind that as these features are from third-party providers, our Customer Support Team will be unable to help you with any configurations that are not on the EKM online shop side.
