[intro] When you have completed this guide, you will have successfully imported Products from your eBay Shop to your EKM online shop. Before you begin, you need to ensure that you have installed the eBay Import/Export feature and configured your Import Settings correctly.  [/intro]

[remember] When importing Products with Variants from eBay - such as different sizes and colours, etc - these will be brought over as a single default Product. This is because how eBay builds Variants onto Products is completely different to how the EKM platform does. With this in mind, you will need to create Product Variants manually once the import is complete. [/remember]

If this is your first time importing Products from your eBay shop, we strongly recommend that you read this guide first, to ensure that you don't unknowingly import superfluous code and graphics over from your Product Listings - which could create more work for you going forward!

1. Open the eBay Import/Export feature and select Import From eBay:

2. This will open the Import page:

3. On this page, you can use the drop-down menus to select from your current eBay Products; you can select items that were listed between two given dates, unsold, sold, deleted and active items, and by Product Name too. Select your drop-down menu and then click the nearest Request List button. You’ll then see the results displayed in the grey box:

4. If you have a lot of Products you want to import all at once, tick the box next to the hashtag on the top right of the grey box - this will tick every Product on the page and save you some time. Tick the boxes for the Products you want to import and then click the Next button:

5. You’ll then have a window appear which will show you how much has been imported and when the import is completed:

6. You can either click the link within the window to edit the Product (if you’ve imported a single product like me) or close the window and head over to the Advanced Inventory Manager to view and edit the imported Products.
