[intro]Before you begin this Guide, you need to ensure that you have opened a Facebook Business Manager account and created a Catalogue from the Product Feed within your EKM online shop. [/intro]

Depending on the number of staff you have working behind the scenes on your EKM online shop, you may wish to give another member of your team access to the Catalogue within your Facebook Business Manager account. 

[remember]The person you want to add must have already been added to your Facebook Business Manager account by following the steps within this Guide. [/remember]

1. You can do this by clicking here and then by clicking Data Sources on the left-hand side:

2. Click Catalogues:

3. Now you need to ensure that the name of your Catalogue is highlighted, before clicking the Add People button:

4. In the window that appears, tick the box next to the person’s name and click the switch next to Create Ads (if this person will be managing your Facebook Ads for you (or alternatively Manage Catalogue if you want to give that person full permissions to your Catalogue), before clicking the blue Assign button:

5. You’ll then see this window. Click the blue Done button:
